Gwen Hardy’s ILSb Bootblack 2003 Title Vest: A vest handcrafted by Gwen, the front features a friendship Florida Boys of Leather patch, as well as custom leatherwork that forms a boot on the left side. The Back has ‘boi gwen” and her International Leather Sir/boy Bootblack 2003 Title Patch. Gwen is the only person to hold this title, as the following year it became ICBB.
